Our cleaning service price model
- We WON’T give a flat rate for a general service and then add extras for items such as ovens, refrigerators, windows, bedding, laundry, Etc. This is a bait and switch iteming tactic used by many and we will NOT join them.
- Instead, we charge a fair hourly rate that is all inclusive to what you, the customer, define as your priority.
- We determine an upfront defined budget of time that will cover all of your desired cleaning requirements. If you’ll talk with us on the phone, we are typically very accurate!
- The defined budget of time also defines minimum and maximum spend per cleaning session.
- We eliminate bait and switch by being fully transparent as to defined hourly rates per cleaner.
- Our business model is modeled to time with no restrictions as to what will be completed within our janitorial service offerings.
- If we see something dirty, dusty, or in need of attention, our desire is to clean it and not worry about charging extra.
- We want your house cleaning experience to exceed cleanliness expectations!
