Our Story
Michael & Soraia McKittrick, the humble owners:
Michael McKittrick:
"I asked God to humble me, and so He did." Previously working in the world of corporate America for 20 years in various executive roles. Now just part of a team, trying to serve. I manage the company, but I'm out in the field like everyone else. We pray with our customers, we proclaim, we point, we glorify.
We are not better than anyone. Cleaning has become our journey and a means of touching many. When we clean, it is not as though it for customers, but instead as if Jesus is coming to their location. Everything we do, intent is to glorify Him.
When I met Soraia, she invited me to church. That was the start of many things. We could not communicate as most would do. There was however an incredible peace, and when we did communicate, it was through the Spirit. Soraia led me to the cleaning industry. I didn’t follow her though, it was God. Now we both follow Him together, putting Him first in everything we do.
Soraia McKittrick:
Soraia is originally from Brazil of which she came to Columbus Ohio to visit her brother, but ended up staying. Her brother fell to an illness and Soraia participated in his cleaning business to help. Thus, her experience as a very detailed cleaner.
Soraia attended church regularly at the Vineyard. While journeying in her faith and experience the US during Covid, she stayed while focusing on family. In meeting Michael, the Holy Spirit directed her path.
Psalm Services was created as a means of two coming together with intent to serve. This company is not about success or getting rich, but to impact. The fact that both are OCD and very passionate about what they do is a blessing shared with all in the path. You may find some prayers and Light that compliment any desires of cleaning. We provide cleanliness with a touch of Godliness!
